Villa Orchid Porec

In this small and quiet place Višnjan, in the hinterland of the tourist destination Poreč, is this holiday home. The house was renovated in 2013 and decorated with new furniture. A small place in Višnjan has a lot of greenery and provides an ideal place for a holiday and a getaway from the city crowd. It features typical Istrian houses; most of them were newly reconstructed but retained the Istrian identity. Višnjan is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and olive groves and numerous forest roads. The area is recommended for families with children because it has lots of greenery, domestic animals and places to relax. Visit the Observatory in Višnjan and Poreč and its interesting sights and beaches or the famous Baredine Pit!

The newly built villa is located in the small village of Kolombera near Višnjan, about 9km from Poreč. The garden of 800m2 is fenced, and in the garden, there is a grill and a garden settee for open-air parties and two parking places. The house consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned. The living room has direct access to a terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The covered terrace has a table for 8 people.
